Very basic repair for any competent mechanic in DC. Pop off door panel. Vacuum out broken glass. Fit new glass in regulator channel. Install clips. Check and adjust movement.

I can recommend Capitol Hill Exxon from personal experience. Hill Auto is also good.

Check your deductible snd comprehensive coverage but probably not worth an insurance claim.
