Are you temping to confirm ovulation?
I have PCOS and would get an LH surge/positive OPK, but that didn’t always mean I ovulated.

You can be post menopausal and still carry a pregnancy with drugs.

It is pretty classic for your period to act up right before fertility treatments.

Unless your FSH is very high or early menopause runs in your family it's probably not perimenopause just statistically

I guess I'm just trying to figure out if I need to be at all worried about this, or if I can just go about my business and be cool with not having to deal with a period.

It’s difficult to say. Perimenopause is not one data point or one late/skipped period. There are many reasons a period might be late or skip a month.

I am 42. We have been TTC for a while. Will move to ART (donor eggs) soon. Cycle is always 22-24 days.

Positive OPK on day 12. It’s now day 35 (23 DPO if the OPK was correct, which it clearly wasn’t). Very negative FRER test at 15 DPO. No sign of period.

Is this perimenopause?
