At my large govt agency, we have an in-house ergonomics expert, and they actually advise against the use of these due to the number of workplace injuries that tend to occur and studies that show that people really can’t do two things at once very well.

OP here, thanks for the feedback. My office actually has a treadmill desk so I've used them before, so I'm not new to this. I like to use it when I'm reading through emails, also conference calls when i anticipate I'll likely be on mute most of the time. I'm actually decent at typing while on it. Any recommendations? Most people I know with them use them while on conference calls.

What is your goal? Can you just take your meetings and calls standing up, while pacing? I would do that rather than add another piece of equipment to my house.

Title says it all. I work from home now and invested in a standing desk. Looking for a reasonably priced treadmill that I could use at my desk. Ideally not too heavy and with wheels so that I can stash it elsewhere when I'm not using it. I don't need a rail or fancy controls since it's just to walk at my desk; I don't intend to use this to run or for workouts. Would like to spend as little as possible without it being a complete piece of junk. There are a bunch on Amazon that seem to have good ratings but wondering if anyone has personal experience with one that they'd recommend. Thanks!
