OP here - thanks! I love Lizzo so I will excuse the outage but dang that was frustrating! Guess now I have a ride and a Jess Sims Lizzo strength to look forward to!

Trying to figure this out - I went to my bike as usual and the screen icon spun around not doing anything, so I powered off and on and now it's prompting me to enter my email address like it's never been used before. I tried calling the help number and it hangs up without ringing. Anyone else having issues? The website doesn't have much helpful info.
