Well, the Peloton app/programming is popular because there are many different instructors, and usually someone and some kind of class for anyone.
Moreover, warming up is key to a good workout and helps prevent injury. You may not like it, but it's responsible fitness.
I like the Peloton app, too, OP - truly something for everyone.
