on that page click the link for the “self-referral” and someone from Baltimore will call you back, ask a few brief screening questions and then set up a telemedicine visit to be evaluated for Paxlovid. If you qualify, they will prescribe thru a local pharmacy.
It is totally free to the patient - telehealth visit and medication.
