^ also , I should add that the bags are not huge, about tge same size as a large bag of frozen fruit and much smaller than Costco bags of Ling Ling dumplings. The dumplings expand when steaming so the 50 in the bag just don’t take up much space.

Ok, my family was the test subject and I can happily report that they are excellent! My daughter loves going to LA or Seattle so that she can go to Din Tai Fung, a very popular Asian chain known for their soup dumplings. I sent her two bags of these with the sauces for a treat when her boyfriend visited. She raved about them, so I ordered a couple of bags for our home. She was right. They are delicious, as are the sauces. We have found that the plain pork ones are our favorite. They are pretty much my go-to dinner now when my husband is traveling or for whatever reason I don’t want to cook. Definitely get a bamboo steamer with parchment liners to make them (either from xjc or Amazon).

The Trader Joe’s ones aren’t that good. I would be curious to hear from someone who tried these ones
