you will just have to vote provisionally . But you can do it.Anonymous wrote:If you requested and received a mail-in ballot, but later decide you want to vote at an early voting center or on Election Day, is that OK? Do you have to let them know about this, or as long as you destroy the mail-in ballot you won't have a problem?

Leason learned not to mess around with mail-in for November!Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I asked for mine on June 21. I haven’t received mine yet and got the same message. So i am voting today at an early voting center. It will be provisional but at least I can vote..
Did you have any issues casting your vote?
I asked for mine about the same time you did. I got a text on July 1 saying it'd be sent to me. Still waiting...
We're going on vacation on July 15 so DH and I may be doing early voting on July 13-14 if these ballots don't show up soon!
No issues voting. I told them when I checked in that I likely had to vote provisional. They sent me to the provisional desk. I could vote by machine or fill in a bubble ballot form myself. I chose the machine and it was easy. I did have to write my drivers license number and last four digits of my social security number. So have that info handy. Provisional ballots don’t get counted until the 29th.
I will be out of town on the 19th too. Hlad they have early voting available as well. Or this could have been a mess.
Thanks for this info.
I just checked my confirmation number from when I made the request. I made it on June 14! What a ridiculous process...
I had a similar issue (email ballot never came) and went to an early voting center yesterday. The election worker I talked to said they’ve been hearing this a lot- not sure why the option is being offered if it’s not reliable.
