Are you obese? You do realize most Americans eat at least 3 x the required amount of food, right?
I have lost 15 lbs in the past 2 months sticking to a 1200-1500 daily calorie diet and cutting out fats and sugars, complex carbs. I feel fantastic and am visibly smaller. It will take longer if you are huge, but it's worth it.

It’s not a big struggle because there are set hours. I just know at noon I can wait 2 more hours (morning is the easiest for me, at night i take a shower or brush my teeth)
