Went to Rue Cler yesterday but not sure what the charm was and thought I wasted €1.90.

Add Dior Museum if you have any interest in fashion.
Dollar is so strong now that good french restaurants have to be high on your list. Good, not the super pricey.

Personally I would mostly scrap your list and do:
Musee d'Orsay
Musee Cluny
Catacombs
Rue Cler
Spend a lot of time walking and at street cafes people watching and enjoying the service and food

Pick an interesting neighborhood—Le Marais or St. Germain come to mind—and spend some time just walking around and soaking in everything.

Also recommend Rodin Museum, Centre Pompidou, and Sacre Coeur.

I love the Cluny Museum, which you can usually get into without advance planning. Also Sainte Chapelle, which does require advance tickets. If you're a foodie E. Dehillerin is the mecca of cooking supplies--Julia Child shopped there. That is also near Les Halles, which is fun to walk around and has bistro after bistro.

Musee D’orsay
rue Cler and eat at Eclair and people watch

I personally loved Versailles, but I’m very into political history, gardening, and art and architecture so YMMV

I have been to Paris 5-10 times in the last 15 years and have never made it to Arc de Triomphe (have seen it from a distance) or Versailles. I personally would prioritize Musee d’Orsay over the Louvre and might add a smaller museum like the Rodin Museum. Walk along the Seine. We had a lovely family bike tour last summer.

Highly recommend musee D’orsay
Also consider the Catacombs beneath the city ( must get tickets ahead of time)

Versailles will take a big chunk of time. With 3 days I wouldn’t bother. So many other things to see in Paris.
