And by the way, their regional director did not respond to my email, after my center had cc'ed her, and after I addressed her by name in an email. Good luck getting a response from them! My sense is they're trying to "lawyer up" and not answer anything they think would paint them as negligent. Even though not responding to an email about a concern regarding their covid policy is negligent in itself.
