OP here. I downloaded the Nike NTC app, which is free and has quite a few stretching or yoga/flow workouts. So far it seems great.

Is it Peloton and if so, do I have to pay for it?

I'm a former dancer who is very very tight these days (sitting with legs spread at 90 degrees is a challenge now) and it's making me seriously depressed.
