Wet N Wild Tinted Hydrator. Not sure what you mean by ‘green’ but it’s cruelty free.

The lightest I’ve found is Dr Jart Dis-a-Pore BB cream. It is lighter than their other BBS. You can also lighten tinted moisturizer by mixing in mineral (zinc) sunscreen.

+2 Tried it after the Laura Mercier formula changed and I love it. Get the mini size for like $18 first and see if you like it.

I am not sure what you mean by "green" but I use a CC cream from Dr. Jarts which has a great texture (disappears into the skin) but still offers good coverage plus has an SPF. They used to have a different formula that I actually liked more in terms of coverage/texture, as it was slightly creamier, but this one is supposed to have more stuff that is beneficial for your skin.

I think it's about $30/tube, and I can usually get about 6-8 months out of one tube, with daily wear (and sometimes reapplication during the day, if I am going out to dinner or workout midday). So more than a drugstore brand, but I think the quality is significantly better.

I like Paula's Choice Super-Light Wrinkle Defense SPF 30. Very light tint and coverage.

For years I’ve been using tinted moisturizer made by Physicians Formula in their “organic wear” line. It appears to have been discontinued and I need to find something else that works. I’ve tried the BB and BC creams that PP makes but they’re too cakey and don’t look good on my skin I need something lighter. Anything you could recommend that is in the “green“ type of make up that doesn’t break the bank?
