The only one I know of is in Hyattsville (K&W Auto Repair) so not in your area.
You could just go to the nearest Toyota dealership that also has a service center.

I’m not sure there’s such a thing, much less a need for one. Any competent shop can service a Toyota/Lexus, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, Hyundai/Kia or an American marque for that matter. There’s not much need in the way of specialized tools or diagnostic equipment.
Even back in the 1970s there were independent shops that had all the necessary metric tools and specialized in Japanese imports generally. A few speed shops that worked on only a model or two from Mazda or Datsun and had a need for greater familiarity with wiring/electrical issues, suspension components and rebuilding engines or transmissions.
Everything is now database driven in terms of diagnostic codes and OE and aftermarket parts are (subject to supply chain) widely available.
