Still it's not apparent if any new quality coaching or leadership has been hired. They would benefit from some extra coaching leadership. They advertised over this past winter, for multiple positions, but no new faces or announcements have been made.

Looks like she's going to be doing that work for a while. They advertised for one position earlier in the summer and never filled it. Now they have 2 positions open and a few weeks before the season starts. Why can't they fill these positions?

Former LMVSC peep. What's the state of the club for those still there? Seems like they're down 2 more directors this year, have not announced any new hires, got the bad end of the CCL fallout, and will probably be missing age groups for the 4th year running since the whole SYC/LMVSC fiasco. Not looking to start a 400 page thread of hate, just want to genuinely know what the outlook is for those still there.
