It's not a damn fox. Our back yard is completely gated with a wooden fence and no spots where an animal has been digging. There are cats running all over around though.

It very well may be a cat, but if the cats can get into your yard then so can foxes. They don't need to dig under the fence in order to do it.

Not sure where you're located, but check the laws.

Where I live, it's illegal to trap/catch a neighbor's pet even if it's on your property or destroying your property.

Get a dog. Problem solved!

Wow you sound unhinged. They probably keep mice and rats away from your house.

It’s probably raccoons and be careful because their poop is one of the worst in terms of disease and toxins. Cats don’t just poop on the ground. If you have a sand box they’ll bury it.

You try getting a motion light or put ring cameras so you can see what is out there.

Are you sure it's the cats? Do you have video proof or any other sort of proof? It might be another animal.

If you have proof, and the neighbors won't do anything, call Animal Control and report it.

You need some kind of general deterrent. Perhaps it's not just the cats pooping there, but also foxes or racoons? I see these poops near my home that aren't due to cats, since all the neighboring felines are indoor cats.

I am constantly finding feces in our yard whenever I mow the lawn. It is vile. I know it is from the neighbors' cats that they let run around because I've found nice poop bombs in our gated back yard, so it can't possibly be from some irresponsible dog owner. I also constantly find cat poop in my flower beds, which they've pretty much turned into their personal litter box. I am sick and tired of it. I cannot enjoy my own lawn or sit outside near my home in my own lawn without getting a nice fat waft of baking cat sh*t in the 90+ degree summer sun. It also makes pulling weeds and mowing the lawn nasty. We do not own pets, so while you may think your fluffy is cute, not everyone may think so. I don't really know what else.to do besides trap them if they come onto our property. I don't think the neighbors would learn any lessons either unless they were inconvenieced too and had keep going to the pound to get their fluff balls back. The only other option would be lethal traps, but then you can expect everyone to complain about animal cruelty even though I have a right to enjoy MY private property. What would you do? I don't see what's wrong about continually trapping your neighbors' pets they enter your property to take sh**s and forcing your neighbor to go pick their pets up at the pound.
