They’re supposed to be all sold in presale, but sometimes they aren’t, Ticketmaster can be shady. For BTS in LA, I remember hearing that SoFi stadium season ticket holders got tickets before the presale. For the Vegas shows, all tickets were sold in the pre-sale so none were available for general except through resell.

My question is about ticket availability in the pre-sale versus public sale. Are all tickets put forth for purchase in the pre-sale, or are some reserved for the public sale?
