Microwave canned chili and frozen white rice. Add shredded cheese and chopped onion. Overachievers can add a green salad with tomatoes and bottled dressing. Points if you only use one plate per person.

Oooooooh, grilled cheese sandwiches made with Velveeta are THE BEST!!!!! On white bread, no tomatoes. Canned tomato soup, of course!

We are having cereal (with milk) and cantelope. Our kids are grown and gone, so I can get by with this occasionally.

It's summer and I want to be lazy. Tonight's dinner is boxed mac-and-cheese, chicken nuggets, frozen peas and instant pudding. I'm looking forward to it, too. I made plenty so come on over!
