I eat peanut butter (no sugar or oil added) every day. Do people really avoid all fats?
We haven’t been able to shake the 90s fat=evil thing completely and some myths persist. There’s nothing wrong with whole milk yogurt or peanut butter or eggs daily. I eat more than a dozen eggs a week. My lipid profile, blood pressure, etc are all perfect.
