Exactly this.

I eat peanut butter (no sugar or oil added) every day. Do people really avoid all fats?

We haven’t been able to shake the 90s fat=evil thing completely and some myths persist. There’s nothing wrong with whole milk yogurt or peanut butter or eggs daily. I eat more than a dozen eggs a week. My lipid profile, blood pressure, etc are all perfect.

I eat plain full fat whole milk yoghurt daily. 6oz. Homemade. If you buy store bought just make sure it is plain with no added sugars or stabilized like pectin
There are some decent whole milk yoghurt s on the market like stoney field and a Bulgarian strain I can't remember name of. But it is also made here
For the pb, make sure it is the natural no sugar added one.

The truth is that no one - not even people who study this for a living - know for sure what the "healthiest" thing is. There's general agreement that it's best not too have too much saturated fat, but no one knows what "too much" is and how harmful it is. There's an ongoing debate in the nutrition community on whether saturated fat in dairy is different (healthier) than the the fat in beef and pork. But if you like it, it helps keep you full, and the rest of your diet is varied, you have permission from this internet stranger who has no formal medical training to keep eating it.

Full fat yogurt contains 31 mg of cholesterol. If you're prone to heart disease you should limit your daily intake to 200 total mgs. So no worries there either.

Agree 100%. Keep your portions modest and include lots of fruit.

I'd be more worried about the Peanut Butter, that's a lot of fat.

No because the lowfat usually has higher sugar (look at the labels on milk) to make up for the reduction of fat. Fat satiates and we need it and the protein and calcium and probiotics you get from the yogurt is good for you.

Are your cholesterol levels bad? What else do you eat during the day? What you described is a very healthy meal.

I have full fat yogurt everyday with fruit and peanut butter. Should I switch to low fat? It keeps me full and satisfied until well after lunchtime. My concern is more with cholesterol. Anybody have any experience with consuming full fat yogurt and their cholesterol levels?
