If you want to just do massage certificate, Ohana Wellness is AMAZING. Check out their reviews. There is a good skincare studio one door over, Green Skin Revolution.

A friend of mine did me a huge favor and I'd love to get her a gift card for a spa in Bethesda - anybody have a good rec? I don't live in that area.
