Peloton. That plus a few light weights and a yoga mat and you have a ton of really helpful strength (and yoga and stretching) classes, even if you never ride a bike. Also lots of waking/running classes.

Not sure which one to try. What are these programs like?
In case it matters, I'm pretty overweight and somewhat, but not totally, out of shape. I also like a lot of variety.
