It's a nighttime position, though, so not sure if that would work for you.

OP here. This is essentially what I do now. I am a contractor. My company works with different sites such as apartments, hotels, and schools. I'm going to see if they have another site closer to where we're moving. This job seems like my best bet because it's low-stress and quiet. I've been thinking about the childcare gym.option, and I don't want to do that. I think it would ruin my gym experience working where I work out/ get my break. Lifetime gets louder compared to the YMCA. Most of the workers are in high school or college.

That's not going to give her a break from being a mom, and unless his tuition is free, it would be a wash. Working at lifetime would be better because there are no diaper changes.

OP here. I have worked with children before. I nannied in college. My days are pretty chaotic with two boys, so I am not worried about not being able to handle it. I think my sister is concerned it won't give me a break, similar to what I have now. The environment is tranquil most of the time, almost library-like. I could look for a job similar to what I have now, but it's not always possible to work a few days a week. Right now, I work three days.
