I am 40, 5'2 and weigh 110 +/-. My stomach is flat due to genetics (60%), diet (25%), and exercise (15%). One child.
Most days I have only coffee at breakfast because I am not hungry yet, so I'm a natural IFer. I usually have a big, late, healthy lunch, like a giant salad or soup. I avoid dairy because my stomach doesn't like it and it makes me feel bloated. I am mostly vegetarian and love sweets and do not restrict what I eat.
My job involves sitting at a computer all day, but I try to take walks and jogs. At home I have a giant exercise ball and love doing sit-ups & other core exercises on it while otherwise being lazy and watching TV or listening to podcasts. If I am feeling motivated, I also do some free weight lifting at home.
