IM math 7 can be recommended for few grade 5 students based on their MAP score. But I mostly see that might be because with math supplementation few kids are way ahead of others. Parents push the school system and the school does things to please the parents .

Does any one know what is the criteria for students in grade 4 and grade 5 getting selected to take IM Math in the middle school while they attend either grade 4 and 5 in elementary school ? I heard they get buses to the middle school to take IM while they are in elementary? Any one have any idea ?
