What are you best tricks for resisting the urge to eat at night? Please don't tell me "willpower," if I had enough of that I wouldn't be on this board
What do you mean "good all day"? Sometimes when people say that they mean "I didnt eat or ate as little as humanly possible".
I only binge when I havent eaten enough during the day like coffee and yogurt with fruit is my entire intake up until dinner and then after dinner its like GIMMEEEE. I can be not hungry all day and then eat non-stop at night. Eat more protein and fiber during the day and eat 75-80% of your needed intake during the day. Thats what stop my bingeing and I previously took medication for it, which caused me not to eat at all and then I started having vitamin and mineral deficiencies/thyroid issues. I make WAY better choices for food in the daytime versus nighttime. Nighttime is for sleeping and magnesium tea not all the salty/sweet foods that cause overeating without any nutritional value.
While you may not need crossfit-level activity calories you still need to support your daily activities.
