We are NOT being asked who’s at fault for the accident! We are being asked “what new vehicle to purchase.”
DANG! Stay on point or don’t answer😡
OP, vehicle prices are so crazy right now, it will be very hard to find something new and reliable in that price range.
Nissan Rogue Sport…..my kiddos (3); all have Rogues and they’ve had no issues.
Good Luck….

They usually send conflicts to an arbitrator. I was rear ended while stopped once. The lying POS lady said I backed into her. The arbitrator ruled in her favor. The MD Insurance Commision wouldn't overturn the arbitrators. I ended paying 10% more for insurance. You need to fight like crazy if it's the other person's fault. I neither had the time or patience to screw with all these morons and liars.
I had just spent months dealing with my Mom's insurance when she was T-boned. I was able to get a ruling in her favor, but I was burnt out after that.

Anonymous wrote:If she cut into your travel lane it would be her fault. The insurance can figure that out based on where you both were on the road when the impact happened. Has the insurance co officially totally your car?

We have a new Trail Blazer. It isn't SUV like at all. Very small and cheap feeling. We are just leasing it and I can't wait to turn it back in.
