Boy or girl? My daughter is doing the Healthy Baller College Prep program. I'm sure they have one for boys too. Meets everyday and is a mix of fitness and lacrosse. Downside is that it's at 6am in the morning. But very worth it to stay in shape.

Following the lift, conditioning, and wall ball plans his college coach just sent in addition to summer league.

summer league plus various committed academy events.
