Seaweed
Tomatoes and feta/mozzarella + basil
Cucumbers and sardines on a toast
Avocado toast with everything but bagel mix

Maybe pickles, but check the labels, a lot of them loaded with sugar, unfortunately

What is quick, salty, and healthy? My cravings are killing me!

Has anyone ever followed these suggestions and gotten rid of their cravings? I have serious doubts.

Does it need to be crunchy in addition to being salty? If not, I really enjoy some ripe avocado with lime juice and salt on it.

If you are consistently starving at that time, I’d think about what I was eating leading up to that. Like it might be better to eat a single serving of nuts or a cheese stick and a small bag of popcorn, when you get in your car to start the commute so it has time to satiate you before you get home.

And you can pickle any veggie. I love homemade pickled snap peas. Smitten kitchen has a good recipe.

I do carrot sticks with a bit of salt and dip them in homemade Tzatziki (fat free plain greek yogurt base + garlic, dill, lemon, grated cucumber, more salt)
