Let me say one thing. Part of me questions the ethics of these types of threads. But the other part would not buy any longer without checking on here first.

What? I thought it was whatever Laxer is? But wasn’t it out there by a developer. Or do you mean this guy who’s been building around Palisades who’s a former football player? They’re nice houses but never any yard and always under a massive flight path allegedly?

It was nice but not luxurious. Reminded me of one of the dime a dozen Glover Park pop outs where the top story is a rooftop and a wet bar area. An odd choice under a flight path.

I’ve been inside this house. The yard is incredibly small and impractical and there’s no privacy. The planes were rocking the house every 2 minutes. Just my observations based on what I saw

No yard. Pretty inside but not the luxe finishes. But the plane noise is deafening. I’m relieved to hear he’s wealthy and can take the hit. No one in their right mind should buy that house
