My kids like the TJ's cheese gnocchi and we add the TJ's frozen peas.

We also like the Costco Spinach and cheese ravioli and we add chopped cherry tomatoes.

The kids also like the TJ's Orange Chicken (which I hate); I make it with the TJ's frozen brown rice, and again the TJ's frozen peas to try to make it a little more healthy.

Honestly, we are about to be in this boat and my plan is:

Always have a big supply of: snap peas, baby carrots, bell pepper strips, celery sticks, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, spring mix, and salad dressing for quick crudite or salad.

Always have some combo of whole fruits (bananas, nectarines, clementines, grapes, cherries), berries, and cut melon.

Order a lot of pizza and pick up a lot of sandwiches for easy dinners that we can supplement with fruit or veg (see above).

Order a lot of Thai and sushi and Chipotle and Cava, which we like and can eat without guilt (portion control for adults!).

Have cereal, milk, precooked bacon, yogurt, cheese sticks, hummus, chips/crackers, and drinks and a few treats.

Do the minimum possible.

It's called multitasking dear. Yes I can interact on an internet forum while on zoom meetings. If I didn't have to be on camera I would use the time to cook. Sadly I have to be on camera. I also ordered more packing boxes/tape from HomeDepot a moment ago as well.

+1 to all this. We are actually eating shrimp salad from Costco for dinner tonight. We do rotisserie chicken with salad a lot too. Whole Foods has already made refrigerated dinners. I get salmon for me and DH and chicken tenders for the kids. Also, check out Chef B meals. She makes them and delivers to your house and all you have to do is reheat. Just do simple foods. Boiled potatoes, eggs, steamed veggies. Roasted chicken with salt and pepper, stuff like that.

I get the pre-made meals at Whole Foods. We also have a little market that has pre-made meals. But I also use DoorDash a lot.

You could do vegetable and butcher deliveries for a few weeks.

Frozen stuff from Trader Joe's. You can make a salad in the time it takes to bake a frozen pizza. Their orange chicken can cook in the pan while you're microwaving frozen rice and broccoli. Stuff like that.

Sunday's are spent packing, taking things to donate or the 66 transfer station lol. If I had 2 hours free on a Sunday to put towards cooking I wouldn't be asking.

DH and I both work full-time plus we're packing for a major move. There's no time in the day left to cook. What are some good quick meal options? Lunch lately has been soup from Whole Foods which has been great since it's tasty and quick. Family of 3.
