While I’ve never done it I’ve heard of them. Probably need to go to Annandale which is in VA where there are more Korean salons.

Fellow white person here with fine but thin hair- this sounds perfect for me- can/should we go to Korean hair salons?

I keep seeing this on TikTok, it’s a perm but leaves kind of a soft wave mostly at the end of the hair. I am white with thin, fine hair and I want to try it. Can anyone recommend a salon in DC or MD that does them? Or talk me out of it?
