They’re not seafood boil restaurants. They are seafood restaurants that might have the seafood boil as a menu option.

But yes they are expensive and I don’t think they’ll make it long term.

This is off topic but the sheet pan shrimp boil recipe in the NYT is delicious. Especially with some andouille thrown in.

What’s with the recent proliferation of all these seafood boil places in Montgomery County recently? Do people like boiled seafood/corn/potato’s that much? There’s a new one in Olney, Rockville, Silver Spring and Derwood (I’m suite others). They’re all expensive and all have similar menus…
