Could be either, although food poisoning usually makes you hurl and it comes on pretty quickly.

Diagnose me. Memorial Day, I put chicken kebabs on the grill. Tuesday morning, I woke up with pelvic pain, had several bowel movements, at least 5. By the 6th one, I saw a little blood, i think because i was going so much. Wednesday, still a little pelvic cramping in the morning, and a normal poop. Was fine the rest of the day. This morning a little more pelvic cramping, soft stool the first time, and 2 more episodes of diarrhea during the day. No cramping at this time. is there an actual bug going around, or do I have food poisoning?
