You are about to enter an experience that requires a ton of trust in your body. Why not start with trusting your baby and your body to work together to start labor at just the right time. In my experience as a birthing mom x3 and doula, this makes a huge difference. The stress of sitting around trying to activate the process keeps you tense. Does the opposite. Just my opinion.
Thanks this is a really good reminder for me. I had a c-section first time because baby was breech and I'd really like to have a vaginal birth, but I'll take your wisdom on trusting my body as best I can!
