I wear moisture wicking tank tops from the active wear section and cotton panties. I also make 2 braids in my hair to keep it off my neck. A fan blowing on me also helps.

I have the ones from Lands End, and they are nice and cool.

The roller rabbit brand stay pretty cool (although I couldn't bring myself to get the ridiculous monkey pattern).

I find that rayon or cotton nightgowns are much better than pajamas.

Google wicking nightgowns. I keep a fresh one beside my bed and swap out when I wake up soaked.

The only thing that helped me was Estrevin. It started working a week after I started taking it and it's been a significant improvement.

I bought Molecule sheets which are supposed to be cooling. My friends swear by them. I thought they were just ok. Also, I have a Coop Cooling pillow. It stays kind of cool.

Try linen sheets and pajamas made with moisture-wicking fabric. I have Cool Jams but there are other brands. Night sweats are the worst!

I don't think that's really a thing. Fabric is fabric, it's going to get wet.

Cool Nights - I think that’s a brand? Others? I wear all cotton, and have to get up and change and then just scootch over to a dry spot on my swampy sheets so I don’t also keep DH awake… It feels gross.
