I followed Dr. Unger's Clean Diet for awhile and made the brazil nut milk a few times. Perhaps I will try again.

I used to make almond milk. Agree with the 1:4 nut:water ratio. I did use a nut milk bag (hehehe) and it was a lot of work. I went back to buying but it's fun to try!

You could blend nuts and water in a 1:4 ratio. Add a pinch of salt. Blend in a strong blender like Vitamix. Instead of using a cheesecloth or something like that, I have successfully used a French Press (made for coffee) to strain. Less mess.

Grind nuts
Add water
Add chemicals
Call it mixed nut milk

Does anyone out there have a good recipe? I’d like to use a blend of nuts to get a great result. Also, any tips or tools that make it easier?
