It is my understanding that you can if the embryos are roughly the same quality wise (eg - all AA graded, euploid embryos). They can find out the gender when you do the PGT-A testing. But if you wanted to transfer a mosaic over a euploid because that was your one girl/boy, I don't think the RE would be supportive.

I went through IVF at Shady Grove as well. I think you need to pick the gender well ahead of the transfer and during the consultancy for the testing.
