The biggest challenge for Hollywood is that movies can now be enjoyed from the comfort of your home and on your time instead of the revenue generating movie theater...so unless you're super impatient or are keeping up with Joneses, just wait until it's streaming.
Having said that, some movies are better watched in the theater - Top Gun for sure. The others you listed will still be fine watching it on your TV at home (which I'm guessing is relatively a big screen).
