Many clubs have a second team and if playing in the NGLL play in the lower division. Downside is you pay as much as the top team typically, so do your research on coaching. You want them to have permanent coaches who are focused on team and individual development.

Is there a girl's league that sits between rec and NGLL? My daughter has spent most of her time playing rec and wants more (middle school), but I don't think is committed enough for NGLL, and lacrosse is her second sport.

If so, are there specific teams one could recommend that play in those leagues?
