When I started focusing on nutrition and weight lifting (with some IF sprinkled in for good measure) I saw a change after a couple weeks.

Also try to not eat after 8 pm and get lots of sleep.

Taking progress pics helps.

I saw change after 10 pounds. Sad but true.

This.

You're not going to notice changes in 30 days without a direct comparison.

Its been a month and while I’m down 5lbs, I don’t look any different. If anything, I feel like my butt/thighs look more dimpled! My clothing doesn’t fit any differently. I’ve really amped it up with exercise and diet this past week and I’m feeling great and loving the energy. But frustrated that I’m looking mushy, if that makes sense.

When will I start to SEE change?
Try supplementing with puerh tea or another statin-like food.

What does your diet look like? How much protein are you eating? How many calories? Are you tracking your food intake?

Cardio, 20-30 minutes 6-7 days a week, strength training 4-5 days a week.

I do track food, hit macros, around 1600-1800 a day.

Your exercise levels are fine.
Try decreasing your calories a tiny bit. Stick closer to 1500-1600 of high quality protein and vegetables, no alcohol. You should lose up .5lb-1lb a week which is a safe amount of weightloss.
