I'm dairy and gluten free. My daugther is allergic to egg, wheat, soy, milk, white fish, seeds, nuts, and more. It's a nightmare. And my other kids is extremely picky. Something we can all eat is Salmon and potatoes, arepas or tacos with chicken, Chicken stew with rice, sweet potatoe with kale and pork chops, quinoa with veggies (but kids hate it).
