Subject: In Need of a Really good Instant pot Soup Recipe
Any soup can be made in the Instant Pot. What's your favorite soup to make/ eat?

You do the sauteeing in the Instant Pot on saute mode, then switch to soup mode for 15 minutes, blend, top and serve. I usually skip the peas but love the topping of crunchy fried shallots and cilantro.
