If you still have oil in your car, they evidently put the plug back, so you avoided that scenario. As long as you didn't pay for any other services they claimed you needed, you're OK

Jiffy Lube once neglected to put the cap back on before adding the new oil, leaving me stranded on the side of the road with a dead engine they only agreed to replace after I threatened to take them to court.

Circle Exxon at Conn. and Morrison. Great service, very reasonable prices. Don't buy your gas there though- as that is marked up.

Due to these service coupons all my oil changes on my current vehicle have been completed by the dealership. On my old vehicle I used to go to Walmart.
