Clean Slate claims to be run by a single person using their own money. If true, the site does not need to file disclosures. That’s unlike the anti-Elrich site run by a number of Riemer supporters who are close to the development lobby. That site, which puts out a lot of misleading info about the CE, should be disclosing.

What exactly is misleading about the anti-Elrich site? Everything I read is true. Now, things they point out may not be particularly important in some circumstances, but it's all true as far as I can tell.

There’s a 50% chance that it’s Ficker. Funny thing is that I like Fixkwr because he’s done some good for the county with the term limited and limits in tax increases.

JUFJ = Jews United for Justice. They are part of a super-progressive coalition of activists who want the police disbanded. They are listed on the endorsement page -- where all the candidates are listed along with endorsements, years in office, and some background information.

There is very obvious missing background information. Like anyone who deals with county politics knows Gabe Albornoz was Department of Rec Director for years. And there are others with missing info that would be obvious to insiders.

Having said all that, does an entity that wants a clean slate elected have to register as anything? I'm sure it's just one or two disgruntled county residents.

It’s typical, hilarious and a huge dose of schadenfreude that the Riemer brigade is calling foul over a Twitter account.

First, get off Twitter Hans it’s not real life. Second, you’re getting a good lesson about what real, local online engagement looks like in campaigns. Third, maybe the Riemer campaign should have addressed questions about outside funding and PAC registration to its own supporters first.
