I'm really really into hot coffee, so I've tried them all - Yeti, Hydroflask, Zojirushi, Contigo, lots of other brands.
The best for actually keeping coffee hot for a long time are the Thermos Brand vacuum insulated travel mugs. Far and away better at that task than any other mug I've tried. I have several - with and without handles. They hold up over time, and even if I drop the mug on the ground, if the lid is closed, nothing spills.

My favorite thing about this one is that you can lock the opening, so it won't spill in your bag.

I like the Yeti tumbler with the mag sliding for the car, and the Zojiroshi flip top for when it can’t leak or spill (like metro).
Zoriushi. I don’t think I have that quite right but it’s the same brand that makes rice cookers. It’s terrific. Coffee still hot after hours and hours. Fits in cup holders.

Try the new Yeti rambler 20 oz. It fits in a cup holder, has a handle, and has a locking mechanism in the top. The top is redesigned and totally different than the traditional tumbler - the lid screws on and then the mag-slider locks. I have tested mine repeatedly by holding it upside down when full and it does not leak.
OP here - sorry - meant to say - which is your favorite? What do you like?

We need new ones. I need it to fit into the car cup carrier. I need it to have a locking feature at the top (not like the yeti ones that are open at the top without a closing mechanism).
