+1

Baker/Navarro won't win so she needs to get behind a winning ticket.

Blair won't win either

It’s ironic that Hans is helping Elrich get a second term.

It all comes down to power and control. The TPSS folks know they can control Elrich and a Elrich victory means they still have power in the county. A Blair victory would upend everything.

Now I won't be voting for Blair. She must be trying to hurt him.

She didn’t endorse Elrich out of spite. He endorsed Perez over Baker/Navarro.

Not endorsing Riemer on the other hand is just LOL. I think everyone hates Hans.

It's not policy because she almost always voted with him, so it must be personal.

She chairs Government Operations. She knows what type of sh** show Elrich's "fiscal policy" is.

Review all the ARPA funding controversies.
Look at his FY23 operating budget built on one-time funds but obligating the County to indefinite spending moving into FY24.
Paying volunteer firefighters a COVID stipend so they were paid similarly to employees.
Increasing CIP projects by 5-10% for his zero emissions goals. You know it ultimately will cost more than that. And our tax dollars pay the debt service.

Does that mean she's calculating that Riemer will lose? Not a bad bet.

Look at how angry the Riemer people get! May as well
Just call her a conniving witch while you’re at it.

The reality is that it says a lot about Riemer that she’s served 12 years with him and won’t endorse.

Then I guess she has a lot of faith (or insider knowledge) that Blair is likely to win.

More likely than Riemer, and she knows Elrich won’t hire her for anything

Hah. That's a real statement about her fellow Councilmembers (former and current alike), that she chose Blair over Riemer or Elrich.
