White has been in style for awhile now. I, personally, don't do a harsh white. Funny bunny by OPI is a good one.

If you’ve got a tan or naturally darker complexion light blue would be nice.

Where are you going? What time of day or evening? I think the dress sounds loud enough. Keep your nails opaque to clear. Like, OPI Bubble Bath or Tutti Frutti Tonga AT MOST.
