You really can’t beat fresh mozzarella with tomatoes and basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic. I’m not a fan of tomatoes so i also serve some with cucumber instead of tomato.

Corn on the cob is always a hit.

We also love fresh homemade cole slaw. We cheat and use a pre shredded bag of Cole slaw mix and just make a fresh dressing. So much better than anything store bought and the perfect contrast to grilled meats.

You know what I've found people love? Melon balls. It's messy and time consuming to ball the melon, but people are SO excited about eating melon in the shape of a ball.

Cold couscous based salads, there's a good one with pistachios and dried apricots.

Flank steak- marinate for a day and throw on the grill in a large piece, then slice.

Kebabs- make yourself or purchase at Whole Foods.
