Check out Millian Methodist preschool, very small and warm school. They're generally flexible with ages.

Geneva Day school has 3 mornings a week for 2s. Not sure they have a spot tho. They are the best.

We have a part-time space at The Yellow House School, two mornings a week. www.theyellowhouseschool.com. He’d be able to start as soon as he turns 2

Sounds lovely but they also require the children to be 2 by Sept 1. 😭 I will keep it in mind for 2023.

My DS will be two in late-September. As he’s been home with me for his entire pandemic-baby life, I really want to find a part-time program for him a couple mornings per week. I’m flexible about the arrangement — I’d be open to two full days, five mornings, etc. — mostly I want him to start socializing with others and to learn to be away from me (so not “mommy-and-me” classes). I am only finding programs like this for toddlers who turn two by September 1. Ideally, the school/center would be near-ish to Rockville, but given how how behind it seems I am, I am willing to be flexible. I can start him this summer or wait ‘till the fall.

Are part-time daycare centers my only option (assuming those even have PT spaces)?
