She told me I was the first person to make her an offer, which she immediately accepted, if that makes a difference.
Also, if probationary periods can be written into contracts the way severance is, it would seem reasonable to think this period could be seen as a probationary period.
It’s just so early and I honestly don’t feel much of an obligation towards her, but don’t want to be unfair as well.
I do would give her 1 weeks pay.
